Summer's Almost Here

It's supposed to be 98F today (which is cooler than yesterday.) In celebration of a few days of summer and 2 for 1 whole chickens at Albertsons, I took the Brinkmann out and am smoking the two birds (one marinated in beer and seasoning, other in soy/orange juice) with apple wood.
