Christmas Vacation Begins Today
Christmas vacation starts today for me and not a minute too soon. Lot to do around the house. Weekends are too short, spending more time with the kids than the house. But 10 days of vacation, now there's time.
First up, our "joint" Christmas present was delivered ... an elliptical trainer. It's for Suzy and I, though Katherine has logged the most time on it so far.

Next up is the trash bin. Amazing how much --crap-- er junk accumulates in a year. And it feels great to throw the stuff out. The bin is now half full, but I still don't notice much of a difference. Just focused on the garage and backyard -- house (closets) are next.

Of course, I'll need more to do over 10 days.
* Fix screen door
* New bathroom floor (just overlay new linoleum tiles over old?)
* Stone pathway in the backyard (no more muddy feet taking out the trash)
* Get rid of old clothes
* Get rid of old books
