Back when I was your age, we actually took time to memorize the times table. (When we stopped paying attention to our teachers and ran out of doodle room in our Pee Chee folders). Not sure if Pee Chee folders still exist, but the need for math skills certainly does still exist.
Give your kid just one or two worksheets a day and let the improvement begin.
